Our Story
Tucked away in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, Mousehall Distillery & Winery is a family-run estate where wine, spirits and hospitality unite. Discovered by Gary and Kathy Jordan of Jordan Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa, the once-neglected estate has been lovingly restored and home to one of the UK's first distilleries within a winery where Tidebrook wines and Mousehall spirits are crafted side-by-side.

Mousehall Spirits
Mousehall Spirits are sustainably produced and packaged at Mousehall Country Estate in a 400L Copper Pot Still, Amahle. Mousehall has a range of award-winning spirits and continues to develop new recipes and products. Spirit Tours & Tastings are offered year-round.

Tidebrook Wines
Tidebrook is Mousehall Distillery & Winery's Sussex wine range. Mousehall released their 2022 maiden vintage still Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in 2024 with new vintages released annually and Sparkling Wine in the making. Wine Tours & Tasting are offered throughout the year.
