Our guided tastings take place while seated inside the Distillery & Winery. The Mousehall team will explore our product range with you in a variety of tastings offered, enabling one to understand the exceptional location and products of Mousehall and to make an informed purchasing decision.

THE MOUSEHALL SPIRITS EXPERIENCE A 90min Spirits Tour & Tasting which includes a drink and snack on arrival, a tour of the property and an in-depth 6-part spirit tasting.
THE TIDEBROOK WINE EXPERIENCE A 90min Wine Tour & Tasting which includes a drink and snack on arrival, a tour of the property and an in-depth tasting of our three maiden vintage still wines: Tidebrook Six Petals Rose 2022, Tidebrook Staddle Stone Chardonnay 2022, Tidebrook The Tipping Point 2022. Wines are subject to change depending on availability (minimum of 3 wines will be tasted).
THE FULL MOUSEHALL EXPERIENCE We combine The Tidebrook Wine Experience & The Mousehall Spirits Experience into one tasting. The Full Mousehall Experience will be approximately 2hrs.

FOOD OPTION: MOUSEHALL GRAZING PLATTER A delicious selection of local cheeses, homemade bread, crackers, dips, preserves and pickles. Please book in advance by adding a platter to your cart before checkout. Please comment in the notes if there are any allergies we should be aware of.
£60 per platter (a meal for 2-3 people or a light snack for 6 people), additional platters can be added depending on group size.

Please note as we don’t like to rush your Tour & Tasting Experience, it can often run a little longer than the times mentioned, therefore please allow enough time in your schedule to fully enjoy your experience at Mousehall.
As the Distillery & Winery is not heated due to fire regulations, please dress appropriately in winter months or cooler days. Please bring an umbrella with you if it is likely to rain, as the tour will take place outside.
