Ingredients & Measures:
50ml Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin
100ml Folkingtons Original Tonic Water (Our preferred local Tonic Water)
1 Grapefruit/ Lime/ Sprig of Rosemary
Method:
Pour Mousehall Gin into your preferred G&T drinking glass. Add large ice cubes. Garnish with Pink Grapefruit, Lime or Rosemary.
Distiller’s Tips
The larger the ice cubes, the colder the drink, the less dilution and the more flavour there is. Garnish influence on the taste: Grapefruit= drier, Lime = floral& fresh, Rosemary=savoury.
