Mousehall Sussex Dry Gin is Mousehall's signature gin. The botanicals are distilled in a traditional 400L copper pot still. This Sussex Dry gin is produced from both grape & grain spirit together with 13 different botanicals to create a perfectly balanced juniper-forward contemporary style gin.
Hints of spice, fresh citrus and a special South African ingredient Rooibos (Redbush tea) adding a floral hint to this refreshing and zesty gin.

Mousehall Triple Distilled Fresh Citrus Vodka is distilled three times, with fresh citrus added twice during distillations.

Mousehall Elderflower Aperitif is produced using fresh, hand-harvested elderflowers grown at Mousehall. A delicious aperitif best enjoyed as a Hugo Spritz, Elderflower 75 or neat on the rocks.
